Projects The Trust also funds occasional one-off projects. The High School and Atse Fasile school have been provided by the Trust with a new supply of clean water, benefiting more than 6000 children who had previously no choice but to drink water with thick green algae floating on the top. New classrooms and toilets, refurbishment and extension of the school library a teacher’s staff room are all examples of small but significant capital projects that have been completed since 2000. Annual school prizes are another feature, with the most prestigious prizes - an English dictionary and £25 each to the school's most outstanding girl and boy are awarded in honour of Aysanew who died in the year 2000. The Trust considers any project for which it can find the funds and which it considers will benefit the young people of Azezo.
Your donation can help Jean to keep Aysanew’s vision alive and give the children of Azezo a sense of hope and a positive view of the future.
